Le Domaine aux Moines est situé à une petite encablure du village de Savennières. Savennières est une petite appellation qui offre une des plus belles expressions du chenin blanc : plus matures, plus corsées et au style plus austère … mais droit! Avec l’âge, les vins de Savennières brillent avec des notes de fruits confits, de noisette et d’épices.

The vineyard is cultivated biodynamically, an approach that takes organic farming a step further : use of plant-based preparations to help the vines grow stronger, even more limited addition of sulfur, respect for the lunar calendar, … Domaine aux Moines has received our “Very nice wines” badge.
