Clos Roussely exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 8 hectares property, helmed by Vincent Roussely, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. Careful vinification and patient maturation take place in spectacular troglodyte cellars carved deep into limestone bedrock, creating an ideal setting to elevate Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Touraine, Touraine Chenonceaux. During your visit, you will enjoy a warm, attentive cellar-door welcome complete with insightful explanations of the winemaking process and a guided tasting of the estate's vintages.

Clos Roussely produces wines from two major appellations : Touraine and Touraine Chenonceaux. The vineyard is cultivated organically : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
