Clos Roussely produces wines from two major appellations : Touraine and Touraine Chenonceaux. The vineyard is cultivated organically : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.

Clos Roussely proposes free wine tasting on site. Clos Roussely also offers additional activities around wine and winemaking such as a troglodyte cellar to visit, the visit of the vineyard, … The winery has received the Loire Valley Cellars of Excellence label which rewards the quality of its wine tasting experience and wine-related activities.
