This spanning 35 hectares property, helmed by Mathias Levron & Régis Vincenot, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Anjou, Coteaux de l'Aubance, Coteaux de Saumur, Crémant de Loire, Saumur, Saumur Champigny. The vineyard is cultivated organically : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
