Château de Montdomaine is a fine artisanal estate in the Loire wine country, celebrated for the authentic character and elegance of its cuvées. This spanning 17 hectares property, helmed by Frédéric Plou, is committed to expressing the true identity of its appellation soils. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Touraine, Touraine Amboise, Vouvray. Tastings at the cellar door offer a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, ideal for sharing a genuine moment with the winemakers and discovering the diverse portfolio of the estate.

Château de Montdomaine produces wines from different Loire Valley appellations such as Touraine, Vouvray, Touraine Amboise. The vineyard is cultivated to produce natural wines, i.e. from grapes grown in organic or biodynamic agriculture and vinified without synthetic or chemical products except sulfur dioxide which is essential for the preservation of wine. Château de Montdomaine has received our "Very nice wines" badge. This badge distinguishes wineries whose wines are regularly mentioned in French wine guides.

Château de Montdomaine proposes free wine tasting on site. Please note that to visit the winery and taste its wines it is necessary to make an appointment in advance.
