This Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon rosé is the result of a winemaking technique totally different from the one used for the traditional Bourgueil red wines. The contact between the juice and the skin of the grapes is deliberately limited to a few hours, (one night in fact), hence its “salmony” freshness, its lightness, its dry and tender character.
