Le Cornillard from Domaine Patrick Baudouin is a white anjou wine from a plot of old vines facing south-east, on the slopes of the Layon valley. On the nose, nice notes of citrus, green fruits and honey. On the palate it is a powerful and structured wine, complex, with minerailty. Le Cornillard is of a very good length, absolutely superb.
