A red Chinon wine with beautiful acidity that combines flavors of red fruits with beautiful nuances of liquorice and peppermint. The Cabernet Franc reveals a wine imbued with beautiful substance and freshness. Domaine Grosbois has accustomed us to producing divine wines and this “La Cuisine de ma Mère” cuvée is a fine example of that, once again. To be savored with a nice “chicken à la basquaiqe” or a beef stir-fry.
