Les Fougerais from Domaine Dhommé is a dry white Savennières wine from an exceptional terroir on the north bank of the Loire, not far from the city of Angers. On the nose, notes of ripe fruit. On the palate it is a wine of great finesse, intensely mineral. Les Fougerais is with a very good persistence, it develops smoky notes at the end of the tasting.
