The “Moulin du Gué” Savennières wine from the Domaine des forges exhales a very pleasant nose of honey, pear and citrus. A dry white Savennières with beautiful substance with beautiful floral nuances. The chenin blanc grape produces a wine with good length and minerality. The Domaine des forges has accustomed us to producing divine wines and this “Le Moulin du Gué Savennières” is a fine example of their work. To be enjoyed with grilled fish or simply as a VIP aperitif?
