The Chevalerie cuvée is a plot cuvée made from sixty-year-old vines. Biodynamic work (as with all cuvées from Domaine de la Chevalerie). Deep red color tending to garnet. the nose is a nice blend of fruit notes (raspberry, blueberry) with a slightly spicy touch. The palate is ample with very fine tannins, a lot of freshness and tension in this wine. After oxygenation, flavors of black truffles. Do not hesitate to decant. Aging potential 10 years.
