Domaine de la Chevalerie “Busardières” is made from 100% old Cabernet Franc vines, the berries of this cuvée were harvested by hand. After a short maceration and traditional vinification, aging takes place in old barrels. The Busardières cuvée has a red, intense color, with purple reflections. The nose opens with notes of dry grass, pepper, cherry and sour cherries. The palate evokes cooked prunes, red fruits, with structure and nice minerality. To be served with game, but also perfect with roast belly pork!
