Château Gaudrelle “Le Sec” is produced on a clay-limestone soil, harvested from ripe grapes. Fermentation and long aging in oak barrels produced in the Loire Valley region.
Tasters around the world often refer to this wine as “chenin blanc in burgundy style”! Leather and (subtle) oak on the nose. Subtle notes of flower, citrus and a hint of honey. Château Gaudrelle “Le Sec” is a very elegant and smooth Vouvray wine. The finish is long, Cellaring potential.
