Château Gaudrelle “Brut” is the classic sparkling Vouvray of the winery. The wine is aged during 24 months, producing very fine bubbles. Dry and toasty on the nose. Château Gaudrelle “Brut” is a refreshing and crisp sparkling Vouvray, made in the “méthode traditionnelle” (same as for Champagne, but not Champagne : the grape is Chenin Blanc). Elegant pale straw color. Very good value.
