About the Winery
Domaine des Frères stands among the most exhilarating and authentic revelations in Chinon over recent years. Valentin Bruneau crafts wines with exceptional finesse, seamlessly blending the expressive freedom of natural vinification with the pinpoint technical precision learned alongside the region's greatest masters. The cuvée Les Pucelles charms instantly with its bright ruby hue, lifted aromas of peony, wild raspberry, and a delicate touch of white pepper typical of Beaumont-en-Véron's limestone slopes. On the palate, the wine delivers exhilarating tension, crystalline energy, and remarkably supple tannins. For long-term cellaring, Les Picasses reveals majestic depth, carrying notes of dark forest berries, crushed stone, and velvety structure destined to evolve beautifully over the next decade. At the dining table, these wines provide stunning pairings for roasted game, pan-seared duck breast with cherries, or artisanal Loire charcuterie. A heartfelt Divine Loire favorite that belongs in the cellar of every true Loire enthusiast.

Featured Wines
The portfolio of Domaine des Frères offers a brilliantly transparent single-vineyard approach, celebrating the nuance of Cabernet Franc with a small parcel of Chenin blanc. Each bottling bears the name of its specific lieu-dit to highlight the geological mosaic of Beaumont-en-Véron. Le Pérou, harvested from wind-blown sandy soils over flint, delivers an airy, thirst-quenching profile bursting with crunchy red fruits and effortless drinkability. Les Pucelles, born from old vines rooted in yellow tuffeau limestone, charms with its dynamic purity, graphite tension, and vibrant blackberry notes. In the structured cuvées Les Puys and Les Picasses—the crowning jewel of the estate on dense clays and limestone bedrock—the wines attain profound complexity, silky tannins, and a mineral persistence built for gracefully slow cellar aging.
