Domaine Baron exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 17 hectares property, helmed by Samuel Baron, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Touraine, Touraine Chenonceaux. Domaine Baron produces wines from two major appellations : Touraine and Touraine Chenonceaux. The vineyard is cultivated organically since 2011 : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
