Château de l’Aulée exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 32 hectares property, helmed by Marielle Henrion, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Chinon, Crémant de Loire, Touraine, Touraine azay-le-rideau. The estate also provides on-site guest lodgings surrounded by vines, creating an idyllic setting for an extended, relaxing wine getaway in the Loire Valley.

Château de l’Aulée produces wines from different Loire Valley appellations such as Touraine, Touraine azay-le-rideau, Crémant de Loire. The vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture which only uses phytosanitary products to treat the vines when necessary, and not systematically.

Château de l’Aulée proposes free wine tasting on site.
