Domaine de Noiré exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 12 hectares property, helmed by Jean-Max Manceau, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Chinon. Domaine de Noiré produces Chinon wines. The vineyard is cultivated organically since 2014 : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
