François Chidaine offers us with this cuvée a very beautiful dry white wine from the Bournais plot. Beautiful light yellow color. Pleasant fruity and mineral nose with notes of white peaches, citrus fruits and a touch of honey. The palate is dry, beautiful, full-bodied, with good acidity and a long mineral finish. It is simply a quite charming wine, a very beautiful Chenin Blanc wine, sharp as a razor blade, direct, brilliant. Thank you François Chidaine for this “Les Bournais” cuvée : another very beautiful bottle which testifies of your know-how and your reputation!
