“La Pièce qui Tourne” from the Croix Mélier estate is a sweet wine made from vines that are over 100 years old! The vinification is carried out in slow fermentation with indigenous yeasts, ideal for reflecting the typicity of the terroir and developing complex aromas. Nose and mouth: fleshy and lively wine with powerful notes of honey, pineapple and many fruity evocations on the nose and in the mouth.
