Domaine La Taupe stands as a dedicated benchmark of biodynamic viticulture in the Loire Valley. This spanning 8.5 hectares estate, helmed by Bertjan Mol, places utmost importance on working in harmony with natural rhythms and preserving living soils. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Vin de France. Tastings at the cellar door offer a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, ideal for sharing a genuine moment with the winemakers and discovering the diverse portfolio of the estate.

Domaine La Taupe produces wines under the appellation Vin de France. The vineyard is cultivated to produce natural wines, i.e. from grapes grown in organic or biodynamic agriculture and vinified without synthetic or chemical products except sulfur dioxide which is essential for the preservation of wine.
