Vignoble du Rab exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 5 hectares property, helmed by Nicolas et Thydha Gonnin, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Cabernet Franc across Chinon, Vin de France. Tastings at the cellar door offer a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, ideal for sharing a genuine moment with the winemakers and discovering the diverse portfolio of the estate.

Vignoble du Rab produces wines from two major appellations : Chinon and Vin de France. The vineyard is cultivated organically : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
