In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Montlouis, Touraine. The vineyard is cultivated organically since 2010 : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
