This spanning 5 hectares estate, helmed by Laurent Collevati & Bernard-Jacques Soudan, places utmost importance on working in harmony with natural rhythms and preserving living soils. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Cabernet Franc across Chinon.
