Christophe Ory, the heir to eight generations of winemaking tradition, took over in 1999, joined by his wife, Sophie. The “12 Arpents” 2022 immediately stands out as a stellar ambassador of Cabernet Franc. In the glass, its deep ruby hue with violet highlights hints at a vibrant, promising youth. On the nose, it’s a burst of red berries—fresh raspberries and wild strawberries—rising generously from the glass.
