Jacky or his wife will undoubtedly suggest you start with a glass of sparkling Montlouis : the famous \"Triple Zero\" cuv\u00e9e. It's sharp, with notes of vanilla and toast, an excellent balance between rich flavors and lively acidity. You may then have the chance to taste Clos Mosny or Clos Michet : this last cuv\u00e9e has the particularity of coming from vines exposed to the South (the standard on the opposite bank with the Vouvray appellation, rarer in the appellation Montlouis).\r\n\r\nAs for dry white wines, there is also the very fine Remus and its big brother the Remus Plus: a blend of three small plots located in the same area, which has spent a little more time in barrels than Clos Michet.
